LEADER ACCELERATE:

Description: Up-and-coming leaders are growing fast and learning quick; to continue do so, they often need outside perspective to address new challenges and opportunities…quickly.

  • Initial visioning session to work ‘future-back’ (6 months, 12 months, or 36 months)
  • Six, 55-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Supported by asynchronous communication and app
  • Optional: Kick-off and Closing session with client’s direct manager

LEADER GROW:

Description: High-growth leaders have an insatiable appetite for best practices in key areas of growth. This strengths-based approach partners coach and client to explore growth opportunities, anticipate challenges, and discern key capabilities for the next level of leadership and then work towards these objectives.

  • Diagnostic assessment to discern ‘whole-leader’ areas of focus and strength
  • Six, 55-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Supported by asynchronous communication and app
  • 1 article or activity per week that addresses client’s growth areas
  • Optional: Kick-off and Closing session with client’s direct manager

  • I'd like to get to the next level within the next 12 months.
  • I've been told I'm "high potential" but am not sure how to leverage that designation.

LEADER BALANCE:
